Dr. Rajdatt Ashok Deore - Consultant Cardiologist has completed his MBBS from government Medical College, Miraj in 2004. He joined residency in Medicine Department at Seth G S Medical college & KEM Hospital, Mumbai and passed out in 2009. After this he joined DM (Cardiology) in the same institute (Seth G S Medical college & KEM Hospital, Mumbai) and passed out in January 2013 under Guidance of Dr. PG Kerkar, Dr. PY Nyayadhish, Dr. A Nabar & Dr. Charan Lanjewar.

After passing DM(Cardiology), he has worked as Assistant Professor in Department of cardiology at KEM Hospital, Mumbai from February 2013 to March 2015. Founded in 1926, the Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College (GSMC) and the King Edward Memorial (KEM) Hospital are amongst the foremost teaching and medical care providing institutions in India. The medical college (school) provides training to about 2000 students. With about 390 staff physicians and 550 resident doctors, the 1800 bedded hospital treats about 1.8 million out-patients and 85,000 in-patients annually and provides both basic care and advanced treatment facilities in all fields of medicine and surgery. During 2 year's tenure, Dr. Rajdatt Deore did almost all Interventional Cardiology procedure including PTCA, BMV, Pacemakers, AICD, Pediatric Interventions, Carotid & Peripheral Interventions as independent operator.

At present Dr. Rajdatt Deore works at Consultant & Interventional cardiologist at AIMS Hospital, Aundh Pune & visiting Consultant at Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune. He is well-versed in Coronary Interventions (Primary PCI & Elective PCI) by transradial and transfemoral route, Minimal Invasive cardiac procedures (balloon mitral/aortic/pulmonary valvuloplasties, ASD, VSD and PDA device closure, coarctoplasty) in adults & children permanent pacemaker insertion and AICD implantation. He is well-trained in OPD procedures like 2D, 3D-transthoracic echocardiography, adult & paediatric trans-esophageal echocardiography, 24-hr Holter monitoring, 24-hr ABPM.

Dr. Rajdatt Deore has a very good academic track record with publications in highly reputed peer reviewed journals like American Journal of Emergency Medicine, Journal of Arrhythmia, etc. He has authored chapters in several text books and over 50 abstracts and case studies in several conferences. His scientific reputation is rated high among his peers in the Indian region.

He is recognized for his pioneering work in complex coronary stenting and structural heart valve interventions and has performed over 4,000 procedures in the Cathlab. He is a highly accomplished interventional cardiologist and a key opinion leader in India on complex stenting and valve interventions.
